Ill tell you what happened there is co-worker who harass my finace at work and I hear this on the phone we have talked to at least four different supervisors and guess what they say "Oh we'll talk to them we'll talk to them" Well nothing happens because freaking homeless comments still happen. What happened to talking to them?!

I have had it and now Im taking things into my own hands and we are reporting this issue to the Utah Department of Labor! Nothing is being done. Don't tell me that something is being done you are severely wrong about that! I have recordings from my fiancee with one of his co workers making fun of his disabilities and saying they were going to fire him because he doesn't do his job well let me tell you!

You do your *** job so he can do his *** job right for you! You had several chances to fix this problem now we are going to fix this problem with higher authorities!

You don't need to contact Allied Barton, you need to contact someone higher up. Someone who deals with disability discrimination.

I know because a friend of mine who is disabled works for another company and she is constantly harassed by one of her co workers. He also harasses another coworker who had down syndrome and nothing was done about it. He constantly follows them around and bosses them around. A third disabled worker had to quit because of him constantly following her around and harassing her.

These are adults and he tells them what they should be eating and what their parents should cook for them. One in particular he harassed when she told him she cooks her own food. He accused her of lying and said that if she can cook her own food she is only pretending to be disabled because people with disabilities are not able to cook. He bullied her and said she was pretending to have Down Syndrome so that the government gives her disability.

She told him she did not get money from the government and he threatened to have people from personnel tell him if she gets money from the government. He demands that whenever he sees her use the washroom that she shows him her hands because people with disability do not do so. Then he yelled at everyone that she did not wash her hands when she said she did. He said he knew someone with Down Syndrome that did not wash their hands after using the washroom and that is why she is lying.

When she was talking about Harry Potter to another worker he asked who read to her. She told him she can read the whole book. He said she was lying because the book was too advanced "for someone like her." Then when he asked her what does in her past time she mentioned riding a bike. He asked how they attach training wheels on her bike and when she told him she can ride a two wheeler he told her she was lying about that, and if not she was lying about being disabled, because if she truly had down syndrome she would not be able to ride a bike without training wheels.

Anyways now to get to a solution of his harassment. One of the co workers encouraged him to report it. They talked to him. He found out who encouraged her to report it and confronted the co worker.

He told the co worker to mind his own business or he would get his then five year old daughter to come in the store and force coax her to say that while she was in the washroom the male coworker that stood up for his disabled friend sexually abused her. He said he would threaten to drown her dog or poison it if she did not. Later on he was lied to because he expected them to believe him over these disabled people. He was told that they had him filmed on the cell phone for and they can prove that he is bullying his disabled coworkers.

Of course they did not, but believing that the did he confessed to everything and claimed that since he was lied to he confessed thinking they had proof of this bullying. He was also set up. Whenever food goes missing in the fridge he accuses his disabled coworkers of theft. So one other co worker pretended his food was missing and that he saw his disabled coworker take it.

He fell right into the trap and when they were arguing he took the side of the other person because he thought the disabled worker was lying. When they told him that it was a test to see if he would discriminate against a disabled person he fell the test. In other words you have to report the bully to someone higher up. Make them believe you have the bullying behaviour on record, or set the bully up where he is going to harass and discriminate in front of people and then have them as witnesses that this is going on.

Then threaten to take this evidence to the press. That usually makes them change if they are going to get bad publicity.
