Allied Barton is a racist group of unethical people that stands behind they managers even if they know they are wrong... I was fired from this company for something that happen in a traffic dispute an half hour before work on October 12,2015 and the director Tim Price call me and said I was wrong so they fired me and my response was I do you allow a manager to write a false document stating while on duty and clearly I was not not on duty for another half hour.

But I can say they definitely stick together but o will not stop because I never had any previous write ups in the three years I was there..

But about a month ago a captain was caught sleeping and drunk at my site by the client and a picture was taken and sent to corporate and they just changed her site..so if this is how Bill Whitmore run this company I rather not be apart of such company. They have absolutely no intergerity.

Grammatically, this is not the worst review I have read, but it is distracting with all the grammatical errors. It would be beneficial to work on your grammar before you attempt to publicly discredit a company.

As I read this I could not help but wonder what your reports must look like. As a security industry professional, basic grammar should be held to the highest of standards. This will be a benefit to you, the company, and the client because reports are legal documents. I do not know the direct circumstances of your termination, but I do know from experience that your termination is more than likely the result of something you did or failed to do and not something someone made up and got the Director of HR to co-sign.

Most company's are not willing to terminate you without just cause.

"As a security industry professional" hahahaha. In Allied Barton you don't need to be a professional at all, you have to be a 19 years old wh.re, that instead to do your job, patrolling a parking lot at the client site, you just sit next to your cuban supervisor at the front desk, fooling around, hugging and touching and having one hour lunch with him.

In Allied Barton, you don't need to be a professor of Grammar or a good employee (a professional security guard) to be terminated. You just need to be a piece of trash to "work" for them. And who are you to judge other people comments.?Are you a "Dare to be great" w.ore or a "Dare to be great" piece of trash?

You, professor: "most company's " or most companies.

Most RESPECTED Security companies (which Allied Barton never will be), are not willing to terminate you without a cause, you are right with that. In Allied Barton you are terminated because you are not in your early twenties, and easy to the "requirements" of the "field supervisor". You are terminated because your supervisor ignores your calls in case an Incident occurs or he denies your request for overtime, because the pay rate is too low. When the young ones have plenty of overtime, the "field supervisor" always answer the phone, no matter what time, to his "dear ones", early twenties "subordinates"LMFAO and held parties with them in a room at the worksite, and, most of the time, they report late at work or don't show up at all and nothing happens.

You just need a *** branch manager, account manager's puppet like the one in Miami office to terminate your job.

But, in the end, Allied Barton do you a huge favor, because you find a waaay better job, with better pay rate and you find RESPECT and CONSIDERATION from the Management of your new company.
