I felt like a second class citizen. During the interview the manager rushed through the questions.

He even cut me off at times, while I was giving my responses. He acted as if he didn't want to hear what I had to say. He acknowledged a few of my great responses. He told me there were available slots for the time I wanted to work but he was interested in male candidates.

I knew I had the job until he made that comment. Afterwards he continued to express his interest in male candidates despite of my qualifications. I was not offer the option to interview with another manager.

Instead he said he would pass my resume to another manager. Whatever happened to this company offering EQUAL OPPORTUNITY!!

Equal opportunity, in Allied Barton? Are you kidding?

They just hire and promote young girls that are easy enough to satisfy over- affectionate "supervisors". Then, they are allow to show up late at work.

Forget about request overtime if you are not part of that group. People above 40 years old are treated like trash, from a 20 something, inexperienced, disrespectful, incompetent, arrogant "supervisor" who thinks to know everything, but because he is from a determined nationality, is protected by the management: an account manager that has an excuse for everything and approves this kind of behavior, denies blatantly overtime to older employees in favor of the young ones, denies any wrongdoing from that "supervisor" even when she is not present.

But if you are not one of the young and you are late once, you are written down.

Allied Barton want to get rid off unwanted (older) people, one way or another, or they make you leave for lack of opportunity of advancement or because you dare to complaint about the abusive treatment from the "supervisor", Allied Barton consider insubordination and the clown of the General Manager terminates your employment. They retaliate, it doesn't matter your reasons, or if you were an excellent employee, they won't listen, because they already ''made the decision" to fire you (which that was their plan from day one)

Allied Barton is all about discrimination and favoritism.

Thankfully, other security companies know how Allied Barton operates and are not surprise at all.

I am glad to find this website and to know that I am not the only one who had an horrible experience with Allied Barton.

They suck really bad. I worked for them caught the site supervisor with child *** yet I was the one fired.

Their excuse was "releasing internal info to outside sources" Big coverup.

The site super always slept on the job, even in the bathrooms, padded his payroll and used company internet all day long while others actually worked.

He held interviews *** in the room while candidates were there and even slept in front of one of them. Very sad company
